The third working phase experts meeting. February 25-27, 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. The meeting was attended by 30 experts from Australia, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Norway, UK and the USA. This meeting has been scheduled to allow participants to attend the International District Energy Association “Campus Energy” Conference that occurred after the meeting.
